What drives us

C.L.A.S.S. Consulting is committed to the promotion of strategically planned leadership and management development for middle and senior managers in all education institutions in South Africa. In order to build capacity within the system and support individual and institutional leadership it has an established educators and management training wing.

C.L.A.S.S. Consulting has adopted a novel model of provision, whereby C.L.A.S.S. Consulting manages the design and development of the accredited programme and the delivery of the various components is outsourced to appropriate experts both within and outside the sector. This arrangement has created space for innovation and mutual learning and has benefited the sector enormously.

C.L.A.S.S. Consulting’s underlying aim is to guide, assist, and support education leaders and managers to successfully navigate the constant challenges of change and to interpret effectively the operational impact of internal and external drivers. Its mission is to explore and create dynamic solutions that address organisational and individual capacity needs in education leadership and management.
