Delivery Mode
C.L.A.S.S. Consulting together with the client in a consultative way may be responsible for some, or all, of the following, according to the particular situation and local practice:
- Organisation and management of the course and all its logistical arrangements
- Dissemination of information about the course to potential participants
- Selection of participants in accordance with the participant profile
- Negotiating learning pathways with participants according to their training needs and professional interests
- Reviewing all materials for currency and applicability with the client
- Updating and supplementing course readings and learning activities in keeping with developments in the field
- Conducting presentations or facilitating workshops on course topics with the client where necessary
- Organising guest lecturers and other special teaching and learning arrangements
- Assisting participants to gain access to essential resources
- Negotiating assessment tasks and marking assignments (if necessary)
- Negotiating course scheduling and timetabling with participants
- Arranging or facilitating regular meetings or other forms of contact and communication between participants and each other or the course presenter
- Supporting participants throughout the course
- Providing a Content Pack with content, assessment samples and facilitator pack with CD for every participant.
Sample delivery mode
- The training and development sessions will be done through workshops. Our preferred model is 5 days of training with a maximum of 30 participants per facilitators per breakaway room. 2 days follow-up preferably a fortnight after the training.
- Participants will receive a pack containing exemplars and samples of assessment instruments as well as a CD containing policy documents, exemplars, etc.
- All training will be conducted in English by our trained facilitators who have a proficiency in the language and the subject matter.
